Elite Academy of Dance, Inverclyde’s only Royal Academy of Dance School of Classical Ballet is cementing its role as a leading ballet training provider with the announcement of a new Patron.
The school is delighted to announce that once she takes her final bow in role of Cinders after 10 years as Principal dancer with Scottish Ballet, Bethany Kingsley Garner will become the new Patron of Elite Academy of Dance.
During the past 10 years she has blown away audiences all over the world with her performances. This has led her to become the face of ballet in Scotland and one of the most famous ballerinas of her generation.
Elite are ecstatic and honoured that Bethany has decided to join them as Patron. As Elite Academy continue to strive to provide the very best training in Classical Ballet, Bethany will naturally add to that with all her experience. Part of Bethany agreeing to become Patron, was that she wanted to get involved in all aspects of the school. From our Baby Ballet Inverclyde classes through to our Silverswans classes (for the over 50s), they will all benefit from all her ballet and performance experience. This will be invaluable and what an inspiration it will be for all students to be working with Bethany. For Elite, Inverclyde and Ballet to attract someone of Bethany’s calibre is actually hard to comprehend.
Naturally everyone is looking forward to getting started in this new partnership and the opportunities it brings to our students, Bethany and Elite Academy of Dance.
